AGNES HALL

Agnes Louise Spooner Hall, 73, of Triadelphia, W.Va., was reunited with her family and friends in heaven Friday, Feb. 9, 2018, at home surrounded by family and friends.

She was born Jan. 21, 1945, in Berea, Ohio, the daughter of the late Frank J. and Alice Zvara Spooner.

She was a member of West Liberty Christian Church in West Liberty, W.Va..

Agnes was a high school graduate of Olmstead Falls High School in Olmstead Falls, Ohio. She was a member of the Farm Bureau in Ohio and Brooke County and milked cows for over 37 years.

It was often said there wasn’t a stranger Aggie didn’t know or take in as her own. She treated everyone as family and loved them so. From sports teams to outside friends, she was beloved “Grandma Aggie” to all.

She was a very PROUD, outstanding, and an involved sports Grandma, looking after her granddaughter through her involvement in Wheeling Park cheerleaders and Wheeling Jesuit University’s track throwers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas James Hall, Sept. 2015; a sister, Ann Rudisill; brothers-in-law, Tom Berthold, Skip Rudisill, George Flury, and Keith Baron; and special friends, Paul Templin and Lou McGrath.

Surviving are her daughters, Cynthia Dickerson and Charolett (Suzie) Hall (Rich, Shay, and Bryce); a son, Michael (Loren) Hall; four grandchildren, Lauren Alicia, Alayna Clarke, and her twin grandchildren, Michael James (MJ) and Reece; two brothers, John and Andy (Evie) Spooner; her two sisters, Ruth Berthold and Fran Flury; a host of special friends she called her West Virginia family; many nieces and nephews; and her two dogs, Fluffy and Taco Bell.

Friends will be received Monday, Feb. 12, 2018, from 2-8 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling, WV, (304 242-2311) and Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2018, from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. The Rev. Dennis Arnold will officiate.

Interment in Prall Cemetery, West Liberty, WV.
