Frank A. Dombrowski, 92, resident of Wheeling, WV, died Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at Peterson Rehabilitation Hospital and Geriatric Center.
He was born Oct. 15, 1925, in Wheeling, son of the late Vincent and Amelia Ruducha Dombrowski.
Frank was a retired employee with Bloch Brothers Tobacco Company with 47 years of service. He was a former member of St. Ladislaus Catholic Church and a current member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. He was a WWII Army veteran and former member of the Bridgeport Eagles.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, Joseph and Al Golebiewski; and his two sisters, Stella Venskoske and Julia Pasden.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and several great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
Friends will be received Monday, April 16, 2018, from 4-8 p.m. at Kepner Funeral Home, 36th and Jacob Street, Wheeling, WV, 26003 (304-232-4060).
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church with Father Harry Dunn as celebrant.
Interment to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery with military honors provided by the Moundsville Honor Guard.
