JEAN BURTRAND

She was born on January 1, 1930, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Elzie and Elsie Baker Gellner Dunlap.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Robert “Bib” Burtrand, 1996, two brothers, Donald and Jack Dunlap.

Mrs. Burtrand was a homemaker and Presbyterian by faith.

Jean is survived by her son, Richard (Maxine) Burtrand, sister-in-laws, Lois (Dick) Stricklin, Shirley Burtrand, brother-in-laws, Jack and Larry Burtrand.

Also surviving are nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Sunday, April 22, 2018, from 1-5 p.m. and on Monday, April 23, 2018, from 11 a.m. until time of services at Noon, at Kepner Funeral Home, 2101 Warwood Ave, Wheeling, WV, with Rev. Byron D. Carpenter officiating.

Interment in Halcyon Hills Memorial Park.
