Together Again


Charles Edward Randolph Jr., 92, of Wheeling, WV, passed away at his residence on Thursday, July 5, 2018.

He was born on March 15, 1926, in Wheeling, WV, the son of the late Charles and Hazel Johnson Randolph, Sr.

Mr. Randolph was a retired installer of 35 years with the C & P Telephone Company and served in WWII in the South Pacific, a veteran of the US Navy. Charles was a member of CWA, Local 2006, and a member of Stone Presbyterian Church. He was member of the Shrine, El Tor Grotto, and was a Master Mason with the Nelson Lodge #30.

In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Louise Cowan Randolph in 2012; great-granddaughter, Katie Steinman; brother, Louis Randolph; sisters, Carol Shaffer and Janice McLaughlin.

Mr. Randolph is survived by his two daughters, Suzanne L. (Charles) Steinman, of Wheeling, and Marjorie Jane “Janie” (Don Junkins) Zimbeco, of Bethlehem; four grandchildren, James (Beth) Roth Jr., Jennifer (Mike) Hill, Jason (Tracy) Roth, Jane Ann (Chris) McGuire; great- grandchildren, Matthew (Kari) Roth, Alexis (Matt) Delacotta, Benjamin Roth, Logan, Isabella and Emersyn Roth, Wyatt Hill and Morgan McGuire; a step-grand daughter, Christine Steinman; step-great- grandson, Maxwell Steinman; and step-great- granddaughter, Jessica Steinman. great-great-grandchildren, Aliyah and Avery Delacotta and Oliver Roth.

Friends will be received on Monday July 9, 2018, from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. And Tuesday July 10, 2018, from 11 a.m. until time of services at 1:30 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV, with the Rev. Robert Nagy officiating.

Interment in Halcyon Hills Memorial Park, Sherrard, WV.
