Albert “Butch” Marvin, 77, of Wheeling, died Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born March 10, 1941 in Wheeling; the son of the late Albert F. Marvin, Jr. and Helen O’Donnell Marvin.
He was a retired UPS driver; Methodist by faith; member of Teamster Local 697; lifetime member of the Cave Club; an avid fisherman; and loved to feed the chickadees.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda L. Logsdon.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Anita M. Marangoni Marvin; two daughters, Shelley (Jeff) Marvin-Long of Clemmons, NC, Rhonda (June) Green of West Columbia, SC; a brother, Terry Marvin of Wheeling; six grand children, Ryan Marvin, Zack Marvin Long, Madison Green, Shawn Bronzell, Kira Bronzell, Ciara Bronzell; sisters-in-law, Emma (Pat) Rosanski, Patty (David) Edwards; brother-in-law, Allen (Donna) Marangoni; several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, 1 Ridgecrest Road, Bethlehem/Wheeling.
Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
