Freddie C. White, 82, of Glen Easton, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at home.
He was born November 18, 1936 in Moundsville, son of the late Fred and Hazel White.
Freddie loved to farm, ride tractors, bale hay; and loved the dozer and to saw logs.
He was a milkman, self-employed at White’s Dairy, worked construction; and was a US Navy veteran.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers: Harold, Richard, David and Eugene White; a grandson: Clifford White; and a grand daughter, Tiffany White.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Violet Burkhart White; three sons: Clifford (Joy) White, Raymond (Cindy) White and Robert White; daughters: Betty Ritchea, Nancy West, and Patty (Bob) Hubbs; two sisters: Ruth Ann (Archie) Whipkey, and Polly Griffin; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 3-7p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. until time of Service at 11 a.m. at Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville.
Interment in Salem Cemetery, Glen Easton.
