McKinley disappoints constituents in dire straits

I was disappointed that Congressman David McKinley, R-W.Va., voted for House Resolution 836, a bill to de-fund the Emergency Mortgage Relief Program.

The Emergency Mortgage Relief Program is a necessary program to help unemployed homeowners keep their homes.

This recession is the worst recession in 26 years. Unemployed Americans, especially West Virginia’s need a congressman who will stand up for citizens who have become unemployed out of no fault of their own and not a congressman that would kick them out on the street.
