Did We Learn From Spill in Charleston?

Editor, News-Register:

Would you eat at a restaurant where they keep the rat poison next to the breakfast cereal?

Or where they store Clorox near open drinks?

Would you store dangerous chemicals in vast amounts just upstream from your water intake facility?

What are they thinking? Have we learned nothing from the debacle in Charleston, W.Va., last month?

The focus should be on more than making money. Its just common sense.
