Stop Trading Accusations And Talk About Issues

Let’s get the personal rhetoric out of the political campaigning. What does the Bible say — let the one without sin cast the first stone. Which of the candidates can cast the first stone?

Tell the voters your plans for the country, only the ones that Congress will enact. We are a democracy, not a private enterprise with a CEO. Remember your plans, not the other candidate’s indiscretions; the Bible says judge not lest ye be judged.

Let’s look at the two candidates. Mr. Trump has never been in politics, so you voters who think that he will change the political system live in a dream world. The young voters believe this because they are not familiar as to how politics work. It is 100 percent different than private business, where the CEO makes all the decisions and is unopposed. Politicians are career people and will block any decision that threatens their careers regardless of which party tries it.

Mr. Trump has promised universal health care. The question: How is he going to get universal health care when the country has tried to get it since Teddy Roosevelt tried to get it as early as the 1900s? The GOP has been trying to get rid of the health care plan we have now in the 21st century, instead of correcting the flaws so as to improve it.

Mr. Trump says he is going to bring the jobs back to the country. Are his billionaire cohorts going to pay higher wages and benefits and reduce their profits? Most of those countries have government health care.

Mr. Trump says he is a friend of unions, yet he tried to block a vote to form a union and the judge told him the workers have the right to unionize, furthermore his vice president is a right to work advocate.

He has no concept of foreign relations between the nations of the world. He admires Vladimir Putin of Russia, a KGB communist leader.

I could go on and on only to say that he is not qualified to be the leader of one of the most respected countries of the world. In November, send him back to Trump Towers where he belongs and save four years of chaos and turmoil.

Do you want a president who does not reveal personal information which has been the policy of all his predecessors? This is his CEO mentality. Does he have skeletons in his closet?

President Obama and Bill Clinton are not running for election, so let’s discuss current events.
