Anthem ‘a Travesty’

We are writing today with reference to the arena football team, West Virginia Roughriders.
We attended the Friday night, April 26, game at WesBanco Arena.
The game was great, the crowd was good and we enjoyed it all but for one thing. The playing of the National Anthem was a travesty. Not only was the performance very poor and too loud, but the performer didn’t even take off his hat. What a disgrace.
We sincerely hope the management of this team will do something to correct this or people, epecially veterans, will not support this indoor arena football team.
