Caught at last

Hallelujah! That's what I said when I saw this morning's front page headline: "Wheeling Rape Suspect Held in Ky."

DNA doesn't lie, so it appears the man who raped the 11-year-old Wheeling girl last February has been caught.

You can't put a price tag on the peace of mind that his arrest must bring to the girl and her family, not to mention his other victims (at least two: one in Kentucky and one in Indiana) and the parents out there who have been forced with facing that the unthinkable CAN happen, right here in the Ohio Valley.

It's also a relief, I'm sure, for investigators who have been working to catch this suspect who seemed to vanish into thin air folllowing the incident.
