I will not gloat, I will not gloat

I am really sad for those who cheered on Ohio State in the national championship game. If anyone knows heartbreak on the sidelines it's West Virginia U fans like myself. We had to hear all the choke-jokes following the loss to Pitt. We had to endure our football coach exiting like a thief in the night. We watched all the old couches actually going to charity rather than going up in celebratory flames. The e-mails, faxed jokes and face to face comments were unbearable for about a day. Then it was over and WVU went on to play in the Fiesta Bowl. Did I mention WVU won their bowl game? Sorry, I said I wasn't going to gloat, but some of the WVU beat-down-the-fans stuff was just too much. Better luck to all next year.
