| | Take them downOctober 7, 2008 - Heather Ziegler I actually saw a guy climbing on top of the new wall along National Road near Perkins on Sunday. He was attempting to place a political candidate's sign on the hillside behind the wall. Later I saw that three different candidates' sign were there, spoiling the beauty of the flowers and the aesthetics of the wall, not to mention being placed illegally on public property. Then on Bethany Pike, every candidate whose sign is learning against the taxpayers' guardrail at Edgwood Street should be ashamed of themselves. That is public property and all of those signs are illegally placed. They are distracting to drivers at a very busy intersection as well. If a candidate can't even abide by the simplest of measures regarding political signs, what can we expect of them in office? Go ahead and blame someone in your campaign for this. It's the typical response of irresponsibility. Article CommentsNo comments posted for this article. Post a Comment | EZToUse.com |
