The bride is the daughter of Rob and Connie Schmidt of Glen Dale. The groom is the son of Ruditt Liboy and Annette Keanu of Honolulu, Hawaii. A reception was held at the Osiris Temple, Wheeling. The bride is a 1999 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 2003 graduate of West Liberty State College with a degree in business. The groom is a 2002 graduate of Campbell High School. He is a electrician in the Coast Guard. After a wedding trip to Walt Disney World, Orlando, Fla., the couple resides in Ewabeach, Hawaii.
