there is a death panel. it is disguised as a policy that dictates you ain't worth the medical treatment cost for your long term continued contribution to the cause. call it what you like but don't pretend it doesn't exist.

if all of these rich people weren't able to collect a paycheck until they actually did something for it they might do something.if you can collect a check for doing nothing[are these guys on welfare?]you'll do nothing.waste of the working group's hard earned money.
