Plans for Old School Move Forward

I fully applaud their efforts and their intentions, but who are the people who will keep 53 "luxury hotel rooms" filled in Powhatan Point, Ohio, and use the conference center and other facilities? I don't mean that to be negative, but it's a valid question they should seriously ask themselves before moving forward with such a venture. I wish them the best of luck, but building such a faciliy with no firm idea of if/how it can be filled constantly and kept afloat financially is a recipe for disaster. If downtown Wheeling is struggling and in constant decline, what does Powhatan have to offer?
