Boehner must be replaced as speaker!

Shame on McConnell and Senate R's for capitulating to the whims of the Tax and Spenders! $620 billion in tax increases and $15 in spending "cuts" is the best they could do, really? Those of you who hold out hope that they will ever come up with any substantive spending cuts down the road are fools just like the R's who bought this bill of goods. Just more "kicking the fiscal can down the road", and heaping ever more debt on our future generations. SHAME! A pox on all of their houses!

On a positive note, at least Capito and McKinley voted NO to this insanity. Hold out for real change in the form of real and meaningful cuts to spending!

You lost, duhWrith and Misplaced. Get over it. Quit your whining. Elections have consequences. This is one of them. McKinley, who voted with Grover Norquist's spineless wonders should be remembered for his vote against prosperity when 2014 rolls around.

thetruthmoron, every one of those Republicans were ALSO reelected on a platform of lower taxes, lower spending, and smaller government. Those Republicans should hold the line on that platform, because the Americans who elected them expect it, and, yes, elections matter.

"Elections have consequences"

Indeed! In this case those consequences are a $20 trillion debt level, interest payments that will approach $1 trillion/year and fiscal policy that burdens our children, punishes seniors and benefits big money on the backs of the middle/lower class.

All of the national media this morning -- including Fox -- are uniform in their opinions that not enough is being done to control spending. With this much unanimity over a contentious issue there must be something to it.

We Democrats should not stand here and gloat over the results. There is still serious work to be done and only 60 days to do it.

thegoofisadunce, you must REALLY hate your children. We are leaving them $248,000 in debt for every man woman and child and growing by $6 BILLION in total debt DAILY.

They will NEVER have the same standard of living that we do.

You are D E N I A L and it ain't a river in Africa.

This was massive LOSS for the USA.

Wraith: Ironically, truthless wouldn't recognize the truth if it bit him in the buttocks.

These people truly have no concern for future generations. It's the epitome of thoughtlessness and selfishness!

I really don't think they are smart enough to grasp the concept of what effect this continued deficit spending will have long term, nor do they seem to care. God help us!

I see the tea party is crying their tears today. Oh boo hoo. Go read history books. This small fraction of whiners have always been around. I find it most convenient the very same ones were all for sending billions of tax dollars to unfounded wars, now are against wars. SOrt of like Paul Ryan's voting record. Not in the best interest of the country, just in the best interst of his right wing faction fo the GOP. This administration will get thru this, just as Clinton's did. How many millions did the tax payer spend to prove Clinton got a blow job? I forget, but that is what the GOP focused on. Proof is in history! Now, how about the Romney Landslide that duwhop predicted? Goes along with all his other posts that turn out to be fiction! LOL

LOL Maybe you’re referring to all those Democrit Senators and Congressmen who VOTED to AUTHORIZE those “unfounded” wars? Talk to YOUR Secretary of State Clinton and your Secretary of State nominee Kerry about that. Or blame Bush so I can LOL at you again.

The DNA test that proved Slick Willie got his oval office BJ from a young intern not his wife was relatively cheap. Democrits’ spending to make sure Paula Jones didn't get a fair sexual harassment trial, or BJ Bill didn’t prosecuted for perjury, now THAT was expensive.

Not surprising you Democrits still revere a serial sex offender, woman abuser, and perjurer, though. Stay proud, Dems.

The paralegal team for Kenneth Starr was paid an incredible amount, from taxpayers dollars of course. Meanwhile, tool has NO problem with that, since it was on HIS agenda! The majority of the country was against it. Imagine that! Tool has been in the minority for a very long time. No wonderwhy there! LOL

I’m glad ole wonderwhiner still worships Slick “never inhaled, did not have sexual relations with that woman, depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is, serial sexual abuser, federal court perjurer” Clinton. Because THAT’S what you get when you elect a Democrit. And $6 TRILLION in new debt for your children to deal with. And free birth control and abortion drugs bought by Catholics. And Jay Z rapping racist hate at the inauguration party. And new techniques for your kids to use to ingest more pot smoke. Democrit morality exemplified by Democrit Presidents. Just what America needs.

There was a study done to determine how many pharts the average adult cuts per day. I venture to say this study cost the American taxpayer about as much as Ken Starr's paralegal team. By the way, the study concluded that women phart as much as men.

Check it out, fy2009 historical tables, 2.1 & 8.1.

Paula Jones was denied justice in her sexual harassment lawsuit against Philanderer in Chief Slick Willie, because Slick lied in federal court and got away with it, because party-first Democrits ignored DNA evidence of sexual harassment and admitted perjury in Slick’s impeachment trial.

Americans who believe women should have justice in court, and Americans who believe the truth – especially in federal court - are outraged at that. But Democrits like wonderlie have no problem with Slick Willie’s misogynist serial sexual abuse and multiple instances of criminal perjury because the socialist Clinton-Obama agenda is more important than justice for women and the integrity of the American legal system.

You're disgusting, dems.

Nope, not at all tool. The country was in better shape under Clinton. All you had was to go after his personal infedelity, which should have been Hillary's problem, NOT the entire country's! THAT is what is WRONG with the GOP. You don't get it! Never will YOU are the MINORITY! The MAJORITY of this country does NOT agree with you. LOL

WRONG wonderlie. The COURT was going after Clinton’s PERJURY in a sexual harassment lawsuit brought against HIM by a woman (Paula Jones, NOT Monica Lewinski) HE abused. That was MORE than “Hillary’s problem.”

The fact that you can’t see it was important to protect that woman’s rights, and to prosecute sexual harassment and abuse, and to impeach a President for clear, admitted perjury in federal court, shows what’s WRONG with the DEMOCRIT party.

Blunderlies, Clinton left Bush with the Clinton Recession and another $1.8 TRILLION in Deficit.

Bush fixed the problems in spite of 9-11 and Katrina and had $162 Billioinn deficit in 2007 with a projected surplus in 2012.

When will Barry the Brainless ever have a surplus projection??

Why are sexual harassers and abusers asked in court by their victims about the sexual harassment and abuse they perpetrated on their victims? Seriously?

No surprise at all you don’t know and don’t care at all about that. You’re a typical thug Democrit who lies about the disgraceful Clinton legacy of national shame to put politics and party ahead of women’s issues and women’s rights.

Disgusting.

regarding the "cliff solution"- with the net results, I know it is better to be a Democrat, not an "old white man" who has no regard for the rank and file. Wake up and smell the roses!
