NO was the right vote on the Fiscal Cliff and NO is the right vote on Boehner.

Yank that RINO out.

David McKinley is part of the problem, not part of the solution. He's too old, too inflexible, too ossified and too deeply married to the mineral extraction industry to be objective. A company man, bought and paid for.

A business man that made his money on government contracts. McKinley could save tax payers money by cutting his full color pamphlets he sends out about himself. He was actually noted as one of the top spenders on things like this. The guy has no scruples.

I'm sort of mixed of the Fiscal Cliff results. For the sake of the vast majority of Americans it was the best. As for America not so. I respect McKinley for his vote. From this point on I think no voting will vary from party lines. We must reduce the National Debt., we must not let the debt ceiling get out of hand. It believe that the 2% SS increase was a must and never should have been reduced from the beginning. Call it humorous, ironic or whatever, the very Americans that Obama says he is protecting from taxes are the very ones who are being taxed or gouged the most. I see where George Lucas, Dr Dre and other Hollywood millionairs that supported Obama have sheltered millions from US taxes in Europe!

McKinley and Capito voted the proper way on this disastrous pork-filled economy-busting "cliff" deal, and my respect for both of them has grown.

they think they were sent to office to cast votes. that is all they think the position was created to accomplish. they don't understand all they do is a gateway end run for spoecial interest. well shur, let's let em smoke weed in the streets. oh, who would thought businesses are now pushing for pot vending machines ? Look for $10 marriage and divorce vending machines soon.

Walrus 'stach McKinley smirks and says 'no' was right vote.'

Yup, it was 'right' but stupid beyond belief. A real 'tactical' victory and a real 'strategic' FAILURE!

You just cannot cure STUPID!

Obama and the Democrat Senate showed compromise and worked to resolve 'going over the cliff' which would have tanked the stock market and set back recovery of the recession. Everybody on the Hill knew the House was going to accept the Senate version of this bill and they did. The only LOSERS were the 'look at me' House members who did not accept this critical issue and voted NO. Dolts Capitulato and McGoofy have ensured the Federal Government will be in no real hurry to bail out WV should a natural or manmade disaster occur in the next four years.
