Good Ol’e West Virginia, Walk Around, Climb Over and Stumble Past 5 or 6 Federal Mine Safety Violations to give a Miner on lunch break a $100.00 Fine for Littering when the sandwich wrapper blows out of his open lunch pail.

I wonder how many truck driver fatalities there were last year while on the job in WV. Or how many heavy equipment operators died at construction sites last year in WV. Writing an article about 7 miner deaths in WV seems kind of arbitrary doesn't it? Surely not an attack on coal because that NEVER happens.
