milkeyd, how many families today actually eat an evening meal cooked from scratch? The microwave is a much used machine for families that are middle class and even higher. Junk food is marketed under a "healthy" label, but it is still trash.

Food is only half of the equation. Exercise is the other half. How many people do you know who regularly walk two-to-three miles per day at a brisk clip or peddle a bicycle for over an hour four to five days each week?
