@Highland. The dress code is going to improve kids education? NO! But maybe some of the educators need to teach better classes so the kids will learn.Did you dress respectfully every day Delegate Evans when you taught. I doubt it very seriously. Do you want suits and dresses everyday? Maybe even at sporting events the coaches should have to wear suits on the side lines. Get a life delegate, you are barking up the wrong tree and stirring the pot. Leave well enough alone.

Looks like Whoops and VincentVega are satisfied with West Virginia's last place standing in every measure of educational and social well-being.

THE CANDLE THAT WILL LIGHT THE WORLD WAS RECENTLY ELECTED IN MARSHALL COUNTY!

How much longer can we function when we continue to elect FLAWED PUBLIC SERVANTS? While West Virginia continues to fall behind the United States, who remains embarrassingly behind much of the civilized world in education. This "throw-back" is concerned about dress code.
