don't turn it into another Windsor Hotel, find a use for this magnificent old building. Wheeling is all low income housing now.

I seen this coming a mile away before they even took over. They did this to my dads work place years ago at the Stamping.

There is or was a cable channel offering a program called Salavage, Inc.(?) which profiled that company as they bid on contracts for removing architectural elements or the contents of former businesses, many of which were corporate headquarters like one of the more interesting segments, the former headquarter's building of Pabst Brewery in Milwaukee. Like WP Steel, the interior of that building was a place frozen in time--historical artifacts and all that was associated with a building where employees once ran a large business. I suspect that the WP building will suffer the same fate--anyone buying this property will be renting out to small companies, probably with n marginal monthly lease resulting in an owner who might fill the space but won't have the revenue to maintain the property.
