"Unqualified" substitutes teaching math at John Marshall High School." Why aren't school officials listening to recently elected Delegate Dave"Buckwild" Evans who only days ago admonished them and set his legislative priority to enforce a DRESS CODE in public schools to improve education?

This ought to be good....lets see poor weather at the start (nothing will be mentioned that we had the mildest winter in years last year but could not catch up from a few weeks of rain in spring of 2010)and lack of workers due to oil and gas production. We have heard this all before. This project was mismanaged from the start and that falls directly on the county administration and ultimately the BOE who are responsible to the taxpayers. And as for being $500,000 over budget how about the truth the project is millions over budget and the school is no where near finished even the students are attending school there.
