Agree with wheeldog. As someone who grew up in Wheeling and now keeps tabs on it from afar, my view is that recreational opportunities like the trail and the Ogden Race are bright spots in an otherwise often dismal community. The trail is a gem and should be maintained.

Scat is unquestionably one of Wheeling's great natural resources. He is naturally kind, caring and willing to give generously of his time and energy to make life a little better for his fellow community members. Strange that some seem to take offense at someone who is willing to accept community chores that others ignore.

Put up barricades and forget about it. Spending money to fix something that is totally unneeded and unnecessary is foolish.

I jogged over there today and checked out the scene. It's a dangerous mess.

When most of people think of Bethlehem residents, they naturally focus on the son of God. However, the aforementioned Bethlehem resident is neither the lord nor our savior. Trust me on this one.
