Everyone is concerned about police safety. They are also concerned about public safety, which is the primary reason for having police in the first place.

Every other police organization in the country affords the command structure the opportunity to decide how to deploy resources. The life of the citizen that is saved by having greater resources flexibility counts for something in the process too.

Good job in the transition. This change was long over due.

7.3 million budget. Whats that come out to be, about 300-500 per person. How come we cant get an officer to write up vandalism reports
