Another step forward is another step backward. Embossing adds class. Digitizing adds nothing but subtracts a lot.

I guess I don't care about the plates but I do always wonder when some department head announces that he is going to save $600,000 by doing this or that....where does that money go? It doesn't come back to the taxpayers of WV so is it really saved? Is the DMV going to turn in a budget this year that is $600K less? Of course not, it will just be more relatives on the payroll and maybe one nice big conference for the appointed officials. So he didn't save us anything, that was just to make us wag our tails like the puppies we are.
