I would love to know how many people got up and left because of the long wait. I was one of them. This event was significantly understaffed from previous years. I've given at Media Day for years and never had to wait this long. At the pace I saw during my wait from 10:15 to 11:30, there's no way they could even put through enough donors to meet their goal.

the paperwork will turn enough away.everything is in the computer from previous donating but you have to fill all that paperwork out again and again,etc.all that they need to know is if anything is different from the last time.i haven't been to africa and i haven't been messin' with monkeys.make this more user friendly.
