rape is an adult crime.a crime this heinous should have a decision by a jury.the fact that nobody trust anybody is why people would want this open.all of us with daughters want to see how this plays out not just the end result.did the sheriff ever arrest anyone for threatening him and his family?if it really happened someone would have gone down by now.people that lie some of the time will generally lie most of the time.we don't trust jefferson county justice.the police had the cellphones in their possession and everything was deleted before the phones went to the state investigators office.too many weird things are happening here.however, these boys will mess with the wrong girl one day.someone's daddy will turn them into dog food.i'm not the only dad that feels this way.pity the fool.

Is this just one of those media things? When were ANY juvenile cases ever open to the public? And again why are we supposed to assume the AG out of Columbus and special prosecutors from someone else are in on some massive conspiracy based in Steubenville? Remember the victim? I don't think we are even pretending to do that anymore? All of the angst and demonstrations were about justice for the victim but how does having here have to sit in a court room and testify in front of a mob and the new cameras help her? She has an able personal attorney who will protect here from....well protect her from us now. We cannot give up the fun of being a mob so we are now demanding that she be made to testify in an open hearing (unlike any other juvenile in America) so we can keep the band together and have some fun and maybe see ourselves on TV. Yes, this girl is on her second wave of victimization and thank God she has a good attorney to protect her..because we aren't are we.
