Manchin is an embarrassment. It seems he will stop at nothing to court publicity including wasting his and more importantly OUR legislative time pursuing an agenda that has no standing under the law.

He claims to represent the Democrats who placed trust in him but in reality Manchin is Republican in his words and actions. He is loved by the teapublicans because they can point to his ignorant behavior and make claims of "bipartisanship." Manchin = malarkey.

Manchin does what is best for WV (and himself).

Joey, leave the dark side of the force and come out of the closet. Embrace your GOPness, young Jedi.

It is called "the RIGHT" for a good REASON!!

Joe won't go against Obama, not on the budget, and not on guns.

Joe is doing the D.C. dance. That means that he is pretending that he is against the rise in spending and is putting out that image for us to remember. But he is also telling us that he is not sure that he will vote for the bill...but really we are sure that he will. When a politician releases a story like this, it is meant to confuse people and many will remember that he was against it even though he will vote for it. The DC Dance. With each issue, I have less and less faith in Manchin and each day I see him more as a politican who enjoys the prestige of being a US Senator, more than he is concerend with representing the views of WV. He did the DC dance on the gun issue, telling us what a great gun owner he is and even appeared with a gun in his press materials but he also is for the restricting of gun ownership. Whether you are for it or against, we need to remember that the first goal of a true politician is to appear to be on both sides of any issue. Thats Joe!

Joe; As an NRA member and gun owner you should know the difference between a fully automatic military weapon and the so-called "assault weapon". Why don't you educate your fellow Democrat Senators; especially the other WV Senator and the lady Senator from California.

The best outcome for Manchin would be for his weapon to discharge accidentally.
