This dubious ruling will be further examined by the Supreme Court. All you Conservatives better hold off on the partying until the final verdict is in.

To be "fair and balanced", please consult your Republican history. It seems like past presidents from that very group indulged in the same type of decision making. Don't throw stones as they have a way of rebounding and smacking you in your smug Republican faces.

"A unanimous three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit flatly rejected the Obama administration’s rationale for appointing three members of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) while the Senate was on a holiday break."

Which is worse? The blatant illegality or appointing high paid (top 1%) Liberal lawyer activists to the NLRB??

"smug Republican faces" eh Maddie? Maybe so for some, but certainly, the King of Smug is pictured with this article. He's married to the Queen of Disdain.

This isn't a liberal vs conservative thing, It's tyranny vs Liberty and treason against the constitution

Bush managed to escape without paying for HIS crimes and the people have had enough!

Progressive is the new liberal, and this IS a Progressive vs. Conservative thing. After these last four years, if you are still an Obama fan, you are either a true Progressive, knowingly cheerleading the shredding of the Constitution, or you are a well-intentioned, gullible, liberal sheep. Obama is NOT helping the poor, he is NOT stopping war, he is NOT uniting the nation, and Bush is GONE. Obama is USING the poor, ESCALATING war, and DIVIDING the nation. Choose your side, Obama's road to communism, or continued American freedom. Those are your two choices.

want to see what progressives really think? Go to the Root . com, it's a Black Lib website. That Harvard prof that had a run-in with the Cambridge cops has a big hand in it. Read some of the articles. The authors are thrilled that obie is finally putting socialist plans into play.

@Maddie. So the GOP is all to blame? In his fifth year, what has Obozo done to impress you? He hasn't proven crap to me, but he really has showed me that he is a horrible leader. I guess you don't care if he takes all our rights away from us and continues to run our country into the ground. Oh well, so much for you, typical Dumbocrap thinking. I hope you enjoy life with no rights, no money, and terrible healthcare after he gets done. As far as I am concerned, you deserve it.

Scream, There are official recesses, like the Christmas one. These appointments do not fall in that group. The Senate recesses for lunch. Not grounds for a recess appointment, and not covering the vast majority of the ones you bring up.
