trol:Mineral owners will be taxed on their minerals;seperate from the surface.I understand gas/oil will be taxed at about $25/acre in Ohio County, if under lease:going forward.Gas/oil has been taxed for years in other parts of WV.

troll:(1.)mineral wealth is very right wing to wit coal in wv.(2.) the only attraction to come to Wheeling to manufacture will be equity financing which the County will be able to do and should do.The can buy shares in start ups of merit.They do own a shopping center!! I think they will go for this, if reasonable opportunities are offered to them.It is the way to create good jobs."Money walks."
