If I had restarted the plant, I would have gone through the records and only hired people with no love of the union. Considering what a botch the USWA made with the previous deals, who in his/her right mind would want those clowns involved again?

It will boil down to demand.If it is there, the plant can reopen.If not,it will not.Demand apparently is not there at this time.Very basic econ 101.
