Keep Bridgeport Resource Officer

Seems like NR/Intell editors don't keep up with the news. Latest news this morning concerns a man boarding a school bus, shoots and kills the driver, takes a child hostage, and is now holed up in a storm bunker with the child. After we put a "resource officer" in every school building do we hire an extra one for the playground, do we hire enough to put one on every school bus, do we hire one to attend every football practice during the summer? Get real editor, a resource officer is a stop-gap measure and a bottomless money pit.
