It's goofy to exempt bars and bingo/slot parlors while targeting the windy outdoors. Nuts. Apparently the MCBOH has nothing better to do. Why don't they concentrate on providing vaccinations and blood screening and food handling criteria rather than extending the all-pervasive hand of Big Brother?
