THE FAT LADY IS IN THE BULL PEN!

Delaware North has succeeded as "hot dog" (concession) sales. Sims excelled at counting mustard jars and weighing onions. Wheeling Island Casino has literally gone to the dogs, and they can't draw flies.

So what happens to the Wheeling Jamboree shows that have been broadcasting from the showroom since October?

Of course the profits were good when table gaming first hit and PA and OH didn't have it.

Wheeling Island is really going downhill they are being outdone by the 2 casinos in PA that are not far from Wheeling. I have been to all 3 in the past year and can make a fair evaluation. If Wheeling Island didn't have the dog racing that makes the casino a little more unique it would be in huge trouble.

Burning, You are right, but the Casino doesn't even bother to promote the Dog Racing part of it. Results aren't even in local paper or entries. Management seems to forget the best way to get customers is to get them in the door.
