Does this tell you something? After 40-50yrs of throwing money at the, it's still not solved, and never will be. Too many people [Caregivers} are employed in the industry. On top of that, if the problems were solved-most of the charity Orgs. would be out of business. Then more unemployment. Vicious circle we have created.

Agreed Richardwhee and being the Lowman on the totem pole (50th in everything) within the United States the last option will be to depopulate the State and mark it uninhabitable under current governance; America will protect its children! Send U-Hauls Mr. President!

Maybe richardwhee is on to something. Could it be that we have too many people dependent on poverty? And, I'm not talking about the ones collecting the Food Stamps.

throw the parents in jail if the taxpayers have to raise their kids anyway.welfare is one of the best paying jobs in this state.they sell most of their foodstamps to buy beer and cigs.everything is free.
