Never tasted bobcat, but lynx is a light, lean white meat. And it tastes better than chicken.

A guy in Marshall County got $185 for the pelt of the bobcat he recently trapped.

Probably could have sold the meat to the local Chinese restaurant...

A cousin of the bobcat is the lynx, more common to Alaska and Canada. Alaska Natives consider lynx meat to be good eating. I have to agree.

How wonderful this beautiful creature was "shot" with a camera.It is a beautiful picture and worth a thousand words when it comes to preserving what we have for our children and grandchildren to enjoy.
