Perhaps the health department should concentrate their efforts on preventing teen pregnancy instead of kicking a child out of school for being allergic to a vaccine. Seems like there's an epidemic of teen pregnancy in this area, not mumps.

west virginia right ? Do get prematurely excited. she might not be the mother. what can we expect . The tabs and big screen are filled with unwed stars parading their out of wedlock iligetimate expectancy like a trophy for some grand accomplishment. Rather than go quietly they act as though they are moral.

Teen pregnancy, isn't this pretty much the same as rape? Young girls getting pregnate at age 13& 14 is rape and yet another crime that is not procecuted. Have the babay and keep asking the taxpayers to provide hosp.care, health care, food stamps, housing allowance, etc etc and then have more babies and ask for the same again.
