Ever been to Municipal Court "cattle call Wednesdays?" Expect them to be even more crowded than usual. Gotta pay for these unnecessary expenditures somehow!

" GRANT" Unless given by a private individual, it' paid for by the tax payers. This is still a bottomless swamp.

Too few citizens, too few crimes...way too many policemen....a proven dangerous mix that leads to creative prosecution. We see it already in the zealous pursuit of grants.
