when the cows get sick and cant pay a vet you head shoot them , the rulling sould be , state of wv has to feed this guy any meal he wants for 80 years free, glad food prices are going up in prices as a farmer ppl that impose laws with out helping some one sould pay top price for food and stave for the price of there laws
