Thats nice but it seems like its more a press release than a committment. Also, I think that this has been done already in a state court, successfully. The Marshall County Prosecutor (Cramer I think) prosecuted a guy who sold and was actually shooting up his customer with ****** when she died. That was several years ago. State courts do the heavy lifting in this stuff and with no where near the resources that the Feds have. But this is nice too and it might send a message but drug dealers and users seem to be way past noticing much other than drugs and money.

I'm waiting on the Weirton drug-addict Assistant County Prosecutor whom was caught red-handed with 10 individual (dealing) envelopes of her*ine criminal court trial to begin. Then we'll see if this case is fluff or possible merit. I believe Scott Smith is Prosecuting the Case.

Tell the US Attorney that the "war on drugs" was started in the Nixon administration (he probably is not old enough to remember).

35 years too late and a couple of trillion dollars short!
