I've noticed that none of the "right-winged conservatives" are posting on this article, so let me be one of the first. Citizens of the surrounding area (other than new-born infants) should volunteer to drink a gallon of wastewater each day. The human body is one of the best purifying systems known to exist. The company could provide free bottled water at specific locations as well as supply it to the local schools. That would keep the wastewater from reaching the Ohio River where it might harm fish and other aquatic life.

they'll dump this "unknown"trash wherever they can get away with it.they don't care because they won't be here for long.they should have been fined for dumping into the ohio river at the wellsburg water treatment plant.
