We think we posted this info before, but: Everyone is aware, are they not, that "Appalachian Resins" is officially listed as a "start up" company? That they don't, at least from the info we were able to find, currently have any other manufacturing facilities, or, beyond their management team, any employees? God bless 'em, but, unless one of the big chemical companies in the Valley is backing them, one or two could use the products of an ethane cracker, it's hard to see how all of this actually plays out. That, especially with a genuine major, Shell, being iffy on the PA cracker they once had in the works north of Pittsburgh, with all of the tax breaks some of the PA pols wanted to give them. But, Shell just might have finally tripped over the fact that the Marcellus isn't likely to be as productive of inexpensive gas as everyone once was led to believe.

QUIT TRYING TO FOOL THE PUBLIC!

Marshall County Commissioners are beating their chests (at least one) and soliciting praise for something that has not yet been accomplished. Furthermore, if the Cracker plant does become a reality, 'Mood Dog" deserves as much credit as the MarshallCounty Commission.
