Hey, its Chicago! They work hard at their corruption! "Chicago Thug Politics" is more than a brand. It's a way of life! From the Huffington Post, "As our former governor prepares to head west to begin his prison sentence, Chicago was given the unfortunate title of "most corrupt" city in America in a new study by the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Illinois' Institute of Government and Public Affairs. University of Illinois at Chicago professor Dick Simpson, who worked on the study, told CBS Chicago that corruption among public officials has cost the city $500 million. The report cites federal data showing that, between 1976 and 2010, there were 1,531 convictions for public corruption in "the federal district dominated by Chicago," according to the Associated Press.

Since the 1970s, four of seven Illinois governors have been convicted, along with 31 members of Chicago's city council.

"The two worst crime zones in Illinois are the governor's mansion ... and the city council chambers in Chicago," Simpson, a former Chicago alderman, told the AP. "No other state can match us."

Yes Congressman Jackson, soon to be an ex-congressman, you will be remembered for what you did which is lying and cheating and unlawfully taking money that did not belong to you. I hope you and your wife get long terms. Maybe you can reside with "Big Bubba" and her with "Big Bertha, you both deserve them. I do not live in Chicago and when you are free if people feel empathy for you and put you back in office shame on all the idiots that voted for you. "Chi-Town", the chithole of the,U.S. It's bad enough we have con man Obozo, and now you plus all the other crooked politicians from Ill. Nice place to stay away from, unless you want to go there and be murdered. What a crop of B.S. politicians!!!

So what. Even if he's convicted, the fines are nothing to the Jesse Jackson family, if they're ever paid. He'll spend prison time at the Paris Hilton Hotel for show. Junior's bust is a pseudo bust. Political posturing. He'll be out on the speaking circuit in 5 years or less, an honorary college professor in 6.
