the 1st Exc. order was issued by Abe Lincoln. He trashed the Constitution and ruled by decree when the states tried to leave the Union. He would not allow states to leave the union, even though it was their right to do so at the time. The country was run by marshall law for about a decade, until the govt. went back to looking as though they were paying attention to the constitution..ever since every president has ruled by exc.orders..sometimes with a weaker congress, that is afraid of the president. Presidential powers should have been trimmed back after JFK, but instead they have been getting stronger. This is why our country is actually in a state of continual war, somewhere around the globe. Congress protects their own little gang and just looks out for themselves..Sure they act like they are against each other, but in truth, they are not.The US govt rulers look more and more like the Roman Govt did.Giving crums to the people and telling them all's fine while lining their own pockets

We won't be able to afford coal-generated electricity or petroleum products. Can't heat our homes, can't drive our cars. Hope and change has become hoax and chains.
