Fat chance the president will do anything to help WV after Manchin, McKinley and Capito have done nothing but bad mouth him and the electorate gave a criminal almost as many votes in the primary as it gave him. Dream on Wheeling. Wonderland is just around the corner.

Yeah right!
Wheeling has ripped up all it's rails that MADE money and turned them into TRAILS that now COST money to secure, insure, and maintain!!
As I warned years ago, this was a HUGE mistake!!
No major manufacturing hub will EVER locate where no rail service exists!
Diesel fuel is nearing five dollars a gallon so trucks are quickly becoming a very poor choice for distribution and the "river front" development has focused on a downtown Pittsburgh type approach rather than industrial distribution with barge access that is now needed
