It's been proven that you can't solve the problem by throwing more money at it. Get mom & pop off their a##, out of the bar and take any kind of a job.

More people are struggling without a doubt. What percent of 11 year old WV children have a cell phone? A single mom with 2 kids and no job gets over 500 food stamps per month. Then I hear that they cant afford healthy food. That is because they get no check indefinately, so they sell half their food card for cash. This is really screwed up. Those buying $100 worth of food for $50 cash are often low income but above limits to receive food card themselves, this gives them more cigarette and beer money. The seller can now give their 8 yr old a cell phone. Our system is so severely abused. I dont think they even check ID for food cards. They need to be signed and check the signature.
