Since when do the police care about vandalism. I have had my car vandalized, and the police get mad if they have to take a report-like it is a waste of their time. Some officers are much kinder, but others get mad at the victim for calling, yet insurance requires. They never told me they were going to investigate=haha. They just want their money to get a copy of the report. Probably right, either some LE in need of money for reports or tire company owner. Sounds like a big crime ring. Those are the only who could profit. Sorry for the victims though. Very senseless and costly. I would be angry too.

The police will find out who did this, because it is not some upstanding citizen, it is a group of punks. Just offer a reward for info, and someone will rat him out. Also, being a stupid criminal, he or she will eventually brag about it. Whoever is responsible should be caned publically.
