ok now... how can this guy b charged with terror, when he had no weapon with him? he matched the description..and he was drunk walking...but hey he had a weapon at his residence? is something missing in this story?

These schools are IN the community!

More than 2 DOZEN homes are within 1000 feet of this school!

So unless the schools are ALL moved to an isolated hill top location more than 1000 feet from ANY dwelling or private property, ANYBODY could be hauled in for having a weapon ON THEIR PROPERTY or while driving past the school!

Lets build 30 foot tall concrete walls around the schools with razor wire on top and post armed guards at every entrance then create "lock down" procedures to "shelter in place"

Oh yeah we already do that, it's called a PRISON!!
