This, after yesterday's article that Governor Doofus wants to let thugs out of prison 'six months early' as his 'solution' to jail overcrowding. Duh...!
My solution? Put dirt bags like this on a chain gang permanently...shoveling and cleaning county roads endlessly. Work 'em till they drop! Then, work 'em some more.
